How does the limited lifetime warranty work?

Once the customer signs up for the limited lifetime warranty, it goes into affect from the purchase date.

This warranty covers any issues due to defects in materials and workmanship. It covers the cost of the purchased product only. A replacement or a refund up to the total cost of the product purchased will be issued.

This warranty does not include:

- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended

- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse

- Normal wear and tear

- Damages incurred during transportation

- Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance

Because Eleon cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only if the product was purchased from Eleon or an Eleon authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Eleon reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. Pictures are required for the warranty claim, along with a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase. Factory trained service technicians will evaluate and diagnose any tools that are brought in through established service processes to determine if the tool is or isn’t covered under warranty.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns within the first 30 days of your purchase. Once the return is received, it will be processed in 2-4 business days.

Refunds will be issued back to the original source of payment. Once initiated, the refund can take 3-5 business days to process back to your source of payment.
