How does the limited lifetime warranty work?
Once registered, the Limited Lifetime Warranty becomes effective from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If a covered defect is confirmed, Eleon will, at its discretion, provide either a replacement product or a refund up to the original purchase price of the product.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper use
- Damage resulting from improper installation, assembly, maintenance, or care.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Products used outside their intended purpose
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage incurred during transportation or shipping after delivery
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse or preference changes
- Products modified, repaired, or altered by unauthorized parties
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers
Because Eleon cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Eleon or an authorized Eleon reseller, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase or original invoice
- Photos clearly showing the issue or defect
Additional information may be requested to assist with claim evaluation.
All claims are reviewed by trained support personnel to determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty. Eleon reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty requirements.
This warranty is limited to the product itself and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
What is your return policy?
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
Please ensure product compatibility, sizing, and intended use before purchasing. If you have questions before ordering, feel free to contact our support team.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is damaged
- Your item is defective
- You received the wrong item
We may request photos or videos to help evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items not caused by Eleon
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
